The wrap 5x9 is an all-around versatile heat pack that can be
used on any part of the body. Great for outdoor activities, the
wrap can also be placed in the wrap strap to comfortably fit the
elbow, knee, ankle or any other body part that desires heat on
the go. The wrap lasts between 1 and 2 hours depending on
how well you insulate it.

Back
The 8x12 is great for any part of your back. It can also be
used to wrap around sore joints and muscles. It is also
available with a backstrap that it slides into and straps
around your lower back so you can take it on the go. The 8 x
12 lasts between 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours depending on how
well you insulate it.

The 10 " round is our personal favorite! It lasts up

Neck & Shoulder
Our neck & shoulder is our most popular heat pack.
This heat pack is designed to reach the shoulder,
neck and upper back all at the same time. Turned
upside down it can be used to work on the middle of
the back, sides and the tail bone area. You can use it
just to wrap up in comfort. We recommend this pack
for universal usage. The 8x18 lasts between 2 to 3
hours depending on how well you insulate it.
