Question. I boil the heat pack and when I turn off the heat it goes back into a solid.
|
Answer If you do not boil it long enough, the crystals will not completely turn back into a liquid. The pack will feel gritty. Just boil it for a little longer but when you turn the heat off leave the pack in the water unit the water is at room temperature.
